Hey girl, (insert Ryan Gosling meme here) are you traveling this summer? Well no matter where in the world you are, whatever your job is, this workout will further your fitness goals. Meet the summer workout you can do anywhere. If you are a beginner, this is a great place to start, if you currently workout, then add this to your regular workout and cardio etc. You can’t go wrong. I once was working 10+ hours a day in a smallish office but it didn’t stop me from getting fit! Take breaks and make those breaks count! Keep moving! Nothing kills your fitness goals and motivation more than a sedentary lifestyle! Make a spot next to your hotel furniture, work desk, apartment, gym, or anything outside to get toned.

Monday Workout

  • 10 burpees
  • 10 lunges on each leg
  • 2 sets of 30 crunches
  • 10 push-ups
  • 30 second plank
 

Tuesday Workout

  • 10 burpees
  • 10 lunges on each leg
  • Right side 30 second plank
  • Left side 30 second plank
  • 30 second plank
Wednesday Workout

  • 2 sets of 10 lunges on each leg
  • 2 sets of 10 push-ups
  • 60 second plank
  • 30 crunches
  • 30 air bicycles
Thursday Workout

  • 2 sets of 10 burpees
  • 2 sets of 10 lunges on each leg
  • 2 sets of 10 push-ups
  • 2 sets of 30 air bicycles
  • 2 sets of 60 second planks
Friday Workout

  • 2 sets of 10 burpees
  • 10 lunges on each leg
  • 10 push-ups
  • 60 second planks
  • 30 air bicycles
Saturday Workout

  • 3 sets of 10 burpees
  • 3 sets of 5 lunges each leg
  • 3 sets of 10 push-ups

Sunday Workout

  • Rest

Rest is just as important as the workouts on all of the other days of the week, make sure you are allowing your body time to rest and repair.
