Hey girl, (insert Ryan Gosling meme here) are you traveling this summer? Well no matter where in the world you are, whatever your job is, this workout will further your fitness goals. Meet the summer workout you can do anywhere. If you are a beginner, this is a great place to start, if you currently workout, then add this to your regular workout and cardio etc. You can’t go wrong. I once was working 10+ hours a day in a smallish office but it didn’t stop me from getting fit! Take breaks and make those breaks count! Keep moving! Nothing kills your fitness goals and motivation more than a sedentary lifestyle! Make a spot next to your hotel furniture, work desk, apartment, gym, or anything outside to get toned.
